Mandir Shri Brij Nidhi ji, Chandni Chowk
The third episode of Soul Connect will take place at Shri Brij Nidhi Mandir, Chandni Chowk (inside the City Palace Complex), Jaipur on 24th September at 7:30 am. Soul Connect, powered by Department of Tourism, Government of Rajasthan, is an initiative of Siyahi, supported by the Raghu Sinha Mala Mathur Charity Trust, and Rajasthan Forum.
Join Smt Sangeeta Sharma and her group for a morning of soulful ragas and devotional music. An expert in vocal classical music, bhajans, light music and ghazals, Sangeeta was one of the finalists on Sa Re Ga Ma, 1996. Sangeeta took her initial training from her late father Shri Laxman Prasad Sharma, a renowned Sitar Artist and Ustad Shabbir Ahmed Khan of Agra Gharana. She trained in Sugam Sangeet under Shri Sharda P Sharma and Shri Kartar Singh. She has performed in various places throughout India like Agra, Jaipur, Lucknow, Mumbai, and Delhi.
